Empty living room from the doorway. Tiled floor swept and mopped, walls and skirting wiped, sliding door and blinds clean.
Kitchen from the doorway. Benches cleared and wiped, cupboard fronts clean, all appliances in place.
Main bedroom, empty. Carpet vacuumed, wardrobe doors closed and wiped, window and blinds clean.
Second bedroom, empty. Carpet vacuumed and walls clean. The window and blinds have been wiped.
Bathroom from the doorway, with the shower, toilet and vanity in view. Floor dry, mirror clean.
Laundry, empty. Tub and cabinet wiped, washing machine taps turned off, floor waste clear.
Hallway from the front door towards the living room. Floor mopped; light switch and smoke alarm in place.
Balcony, empty. Tiles swept, balustrade wall and rail wiped.
Carpet pile slightly flattened along the walkway from the door. Ordinary wear from foot traffic over the tenancy; no stains, burns or tears.
Three small picture-hook holes and a faint scuff on the living room wall, listed on the ingoing condition report.
The slats nearest the window are slightly yellowed by the sun compared with the rest. Fading from sunlight over time; no tears or bends.
Small chip in the laminate on the front edge of the benchtop, beside the oven, about the size of a fingernail. Present at the start of the tenancy.
Grout lines and silicone in the shower corner discoloured with age. Cleaned; the staining remains in the grout.
One overhead cupboard door hangs slightly lower than its neighbour because the hinge is worn. The door still opens and closes.
Oven cleaned inside: racks, walls and door glass free of grease.
Gas cooktop cleaned. Trivets, burner caps and the stainless surface are free of grease.

Sliding window track vacuumed and wiped, free of dust and insects.
Condition report made by the departing tenant before returning the keys. Each photo shows the time its device recorded (or, where the file had no time, when it was added to the report), the location where one was recorded, and the time the report was locked on the server.
