A room-by-room, agent-ready bond cleaning checklist. Back every finished item with a timestamped photo and walk out with a professional handover report — no more unfair callbacks or bond deductions.

Kitchen

• Oven, grill and racks degreased (including between glass panels)High Dispute

• Silicone edges inspected; degraded mould photographed

Photograph mould in aged silicone before scrubbing — mould inside degraded silicone is a wear-and-tear item, not a cleaning failure.

Bedrooms & Living Areas

• Carpets vacuumed; stains spot-treated and noted
• Built-in wardrobes wiped inside, tracks cleaned
• Skirting boards, door frames and switches wiped

• Washing machine and dryer wiped, lint filter cleared
• Laundry tub and taps descaled
• Cupboards and shelving wiped
• Floor swept and mopped

A quick photo of the cleaned lint filter and taps closes the most common laundry callback.

Outdoor & Final Checks

• Balcony/patio swept and mopped, cobwebs removed
• Garage or carport swept, oil marks noted
• Bins emptied and cleaned
• Lawns mowed and edges trimmed (if in scope)
• All keys, remotes and access cards accounted for
• Final walkthrough photos taken in every room
