• Media and Metadata: This includes property photographs, timestamps, camera hardware metadata, and, optionally, GPS geolocation coordinates captured during camera operation.
• Payment Information: Billing email addresses and transaction confirmation details are securely collected through Stripe checkout. Raw credit card numbers are neither processed, viewed, nor stored by us.
• Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized website telemetry data is gathered via Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-HSM61MFYWH).

2. Purpose of Data Collection

The information is utilized solely to generate tamper-evident condition reports, produce cryptographic verification stamps, and enable authorized parties to access these reports.

3. Data Storage and Non-Disclosure

Uploaded media and property records are securely maintained within advanced cloud infrastructure. CleanLog AU does not sell, trade, or otherwise monetize personal information, rental property addresses, or photographs to real estate marketers, brokers, or data aggregators.

4. Public Verification Links

Inspection reports are accessible exclusively through unique, randomized cryptographic URLs. Any individual with access to the URL may view the report; therefore, it is imperative to keep these links confidential.

5. Data Deletion Rights

Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their inspection records and uploaded media by contacting support@cleanlog.com.au and providing the relevant report ID.
