CleanLog AU offers an evidentiary recording tool designed to document current property conditions and produce structured handover summaries. CleanLog AU operates as an independent digital platform.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Legal Advice

CleanLog AU is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. The materials provided, including dispute guides, statutory references, and automated rebuttal drafts, do not constitute formal legal advice. For legal counsel or representation before NCAT, VCAT, QCAT, or comparable state tribunals, users are advised to consult an accredited tenancy advocacy service or a qualified legal professional.

3. No Assurance of Dispute Outcomes

CleanLog AU functions as an evidentiary audit tool and does not guarantee any specific bond refund amounts, dispute resolutions, or tribunal decisions.

4. User Responsibility for Evidence Accuracy

Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring that all uploaded photographs, voice recordings, and written descriptions are accurate, authentic, and truthfully represent the physical condition of the premises at the time of inspection. CleanLog AU disclaims any liability for fraudulent or misleading evidence submitted by users.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), CleanLog AU’s total cumulative liability for any breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited exclusively to either providing the service again or refunding the amount actually paid by the user (AUD 9.90 or the value of the credit pack).

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
