1. Nature of Service

CleanLog AU offers an evidentiary recording tool designed to document current property conditions and produce structured handover summaries. CleanLog AU operates as an independent digital platform.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Legal Advice

CleanLog AU is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. The materials provided, including dispute guides, statutory references, reply templates and the dispute letter, do not constitute formal legal advice. For legal counsel or representation before NCAT, VCAT, QCAT, or comparable state tribunals, users are advised to consult an accredited tenancy advocacy service or a qualified legal professional.

3. No Assurance of Dispute Outcomes

CleanLog AU functions as an evidentiary audit tool and does not guarantee any specific bond refund amounts, dispute resolutions, or tribunal decisions.

4. User Responsibility for Evidence Accuracy

Users are solely responsible for guaranteeing that all uploaded photographs, voice-typed notes, and written descriptions are accurate, authentic, and faithfully depict the physical condition of the premises at the time of inspection. The fabrication of evidence or intentional concealment of damage is strictly prohibited. CleanLog AU disclaims all liability for any fraudulent or misleading evidence provided by users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude, restrict, or alter any rights or remedies you possess under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where the ACL permits CleanLog AU to limit its liability for failing to fulfil a consumer guarantee, such liability is confined to either providing the service again or refunding the amount you have paid (AUD 9.90, or the price of the credit pack).

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
